Include lots of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Fish, chicken and lean meat are good when eaten in small portions. Be sure you get lots of water and stay away from fats, sugars and alcohol.
3. Sleep well – Make sure you get the right amount of sleep.
Sleep deprivation can negatively affect your metabolism. When you are more active, and eat the right foods in the right amounts you will lose weight.
4. Mental strength – Have the courage to say no.
Avoid slipping into your unhealthy habits. Don’t be obsessive about your weight or the food you eat. Don’t punish yourself with food.
The important thing is that you continue trying and continue exercising. Before you know it you will feel great about yourself and the exercise and the foods you eat.
