• Boosts the immune system – exercise routines helps our body take care of itself and eliminates a lot of simple illness. Blood sugars are kept stable through exercise routines making it harder for us to get diabetes.

• Exercise gives you an overall feeling of well being. Makes you have more energy and feel happier.

• Exercise eliminates aches and pains – if you suffer from arthritis, exercise will help get rid of the pain.

• Sleeping habits – When you exercise regularly you will sleep better, have more energy and function overall in a better way.

What is to stop us from exercising, there are so many things we can do. Even walking can help you live a healthier better life, so why isn’t everyone getting up and doing something about their health. The solution is really very simple.
